One-to-one sessions

Are you experiencing any of these symptoms? If you are, it’s time to stop and ask yourself: How long can I keep going at this pace? Your body is not designed to keep going like that for a long amount of time and it will start falling apart unless you take action. It is ok to ask for help and guidance.

How I can help you

I offer an open, safe and supportive space for you to share your story, your difficulties and how you would like your situation to change. I will then guide you through some Sophrology techniques including breathing, concentration, body movements and visualisations which are designed to help you reconnect with resources you have within yourself to feel calmer and more relaxed. Sophrology is an effective gentle method working simultaneously on the body and mind to help you restore balance and feel in control again.

Through regular practice, you will start integrating the benefits of the method very deeply in your being and your quality of presence and life will drastically improve.

I will give you exercises to practice in between the sessions and you will be able to easily re-use them in your personal and professional life. You will find that the more you practice, the quicker you master the techniques. They will anchor themselves in your body so you are able to access these resources very quickly wherever and whenever you are.

Prices

We work together face-to-face in one of my clinic in London (South Kensington or Bond Street) or via skype for a number of sessions that we will detemine during our initial consultation. The number of sessions will vary depending on your demand and how you feel throughout the sessions.

The price for a face-to-face 1 hour session is £75 and 1 hour Skype session is £40. Payment is on the day if working face to face and upfront for Skype sessions (via Paypal). Please note that there is a 24 hour cancellation fee.

Discounts for block sessions are available:

  • Package of 5 face-to-face sessions (including recordings): £325.
